Role overview

RIGHTBYTE INFOTECH is looking for a highly capable Full Stack Web & Mobile App Developer who can independently take a complete digital product from idea and design to development, deployment and maintenance. This vacancy is open to talent across India on a Work From Home basis.

This is an end-to-end development role. The candidate must be both a complete full stack web developer and a complete full stack mobile app developer — a product builder, not someone limited to only frontend or backend.

You should be capable of independently building production-ready websites, web applications, SaaS platforms, admin panels, dashboards, business software, Android/iOS apps, tablet apps and AI-powered applications.

Your development journey: Requirement → Planning → Wireframe → UI/UX → Frontend → Backend → Database → APIs → Testing → Deployment → Maintenance

Key responsibilities

• Convert client/business requirements into complete technical solutions
• Plan application architecture, database structure, APIs and development workflow
• Create wireframes, UI/UX designs and prototypes using Figma or similar tools
• Build modern, responsive, high-performance websites and full-stack web/SaaS applications
• Develop frontend with React, Next.js, JavaScript and TypeScript
• Build backend systems with Node.js and/or Python
• Design and manage PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB or similar databases
• Build secure REST APIs and integrate third-party services (payments, email/SMS, maps, notifications)
• Implement authentication, authorization and role-based access
• Independently develop Android/iOS apps using Flutter or React Native, including production builds and release processes
• Integrate AI/LLM features, chatbots, AI agents and workflow automation
• Test, debug, secure, optimize and deploy applications; configure domains, SSL, hosting and cloud environments
• Maintain applications, resolve production issues and manage code with Git/GitHub
• Take complete ownership from requirement through production deployment

Mandatory skills

• Web frontend: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Next.js
• Backend: Node.js and/or Python
• Database: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB or equivalent
• Mobile: Flutter and/or React Native
• UI/UX: Figma, responsive design, wireframing, prototyping
• APIs: REST, third-party integrations, webhooks
• DevOps: Git, Linux, Docker, CI/CD, cloud deployment
• AI tools: Cursor, ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, Gemini or equivalent
